Ingredients:

  • Dried Dates
  • Gorgonzola Cheese
  • Bacon slices cut in half
  1. Step 1 – Prepare
    1. Score dates down the middle and remove seeds.
    2. Place strip of cheese in the middle.
    3. Place stuffed dates on foil lined baking sheet.
  2. Step 2 – Assemble and Wrap
    1. Wrap each date with ½ a bacon strip.
    2. Place overlap underneath fig, facing down on baking sheet.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes – until bacon is crisp.
    4. Allow to cool slightly before eating.
