Ingredients:

  • 1 Baguette makes 3-4 individual sandwiches - depending on how big you cut them
  • For the Gourmet Sandwiches here you'll need:
  • Thinly sliced rosemary ham
  • Brie or Cambozola soft cheese
  • Apricot jam
  • Thinly sliced roasted turkey
  • Salami
  • Prepared pesto sauce (or try our Arugula pesto)
  • Goat cheese
  • Honey mustard
  • Sun dried tomatoes
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Black pepper
  1. Step 1 – For Ham, Jam, & Cheese
    1. Slice baguette on the bias, using a serrated knife, to make 3-4 individual sandwich sized pieces.
    2. Slice the pieces lengthwise, without cutting the bread all the way through, (this will keep the yummy ingredients from sliding out).
    3. Stuff bread generously with rosemary ham, a thick slice of cheese, and a tablespoon of apricot jam.
    4. Sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
    5. Wrap sandwiches in festive deli paper, and tie with straw ribbon.
    6. Serve in a wicker or picnic basket.
  2. Step 2 – For Meat and Pesto
    1. Slice baguette on the bias, using a serrated knife, to make 3-4 individual sandwich sized pieces.

  3. Step 3 – For a Twist on Turkey & Cheese
    1. Slice baguette on the bias, using a serrated knife, to make 3-4 individual sandwich sized pieces.
    2. Slice the pieces lengthwise, without cutting the bread all the way through, (this will keep the yummy ingredients from sliding out).
    3. Stuff bread generously with roasted turkey, a tablespoon of sun dried tomatoes, a tablespoon of goat cheese, and 3-4 large fresh basil leaves.
    4. Sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
    5. Wrap sandwiches in festive deli paper, and tie with straw ribbon.
    6. Serve in a wicker or picnic basket.
