Ingredients:

  • 3 Tablespoons paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons ground red pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons dried thyme
  • 2 Tablespoons dried oregano
  • 2 Tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 Tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 Tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 Teaspoon cumin
  •  

Step 1 – Simply Measure & Combine Ingredients

Grinding whole peppercorns, coriander, and red pepper flakes will bring out their volatile oils for a fresher flavor.

Store Cajun spice mix in a sealed jar for up to three months.

Step 2 –
