A Word From The Cook

“If you don’t have shaker, it’s a good idea to get one. All these drinks use ice and a shaker to give them just the right chill and consistency!”

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Martini
  • Unflavored Premium Vodka
  • Dry Vermouth
  • Cocktail Olives (or lemon twist)
  • Margarita
  • Kosher or Margarita Salt
  • Premium Tequila
  • Margarita Mix
  • Fresh Limes
  • Grand Marnier
  • Manhattan
  • Bourbon
  • Sweet Vermouth
  • Dried Cherries

Step 1 – How to Make The Dry Martini

Pour a thimble full of Dry Vermouth into a martini glass, swirl it around the glass, then “throw it out.”

Put large, very frozen ice cubes in a cocktail shaker, add two shots (this will make a double) of Premium Vodka into the shaker, cover and gently shake – about 10 shakes.

This will chill the Vodka, and give it a translucent tint when poured.

Pour the vodka into the martini glass.

Garnish with olives or lemon twist.

To make a dirty martini, add a bit of olive juice.

Step 2 – How to Make The Top Shelf Margarita

Line the juice of a lime wedge around the rim of a margarita glass and “dip” rim lightly in kosher or margarita salt.

Put large, very frozen ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.

Add two shots of Premium Tequila, 4 shots of margarita mix, and the juice of a whole lime into the shaker (this will make a double).

Cover and gently shake – about 10 shakes.

Pour contents (including ice) into the prepared margarita glass and top your drink with a “healthy float” of Grand Marnier.

Garnish with lime wedges.

Step 3 – How to Make The Classic Manhattan

Put large, very frozen ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.

Add two shots of Premium Bourbon and one shot of Sweet Vermouth into the shaker (this will make a double).

Cover and gently shake – about 10 shakes.

Pour mixture into a martini glass and garnish with dried sour cherries.

Drink Responsibly!
